1. General Terms

Welcome to Sebastian's Hotel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By accessing this website and making a reservation, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Sebastian's Hotel is located at Keizersgracht 15, 1015 CC Amsterdam, Netherlands. These terms govern your relationship with our establishment during your stay and any interactions with our services.

2. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check in to the hotel. Valid photo identification is required upon check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night's accommodation.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early departures will be charged for the entire reserved stay unless otherwise agreed upon with management.

Special rate bookings and promotional offers may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund for disruptive behavior.

5. Privacy Statement

Sebastian's Hotel is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including name, contact details, payment information, and identification documents as required by Dutch law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

We may use your email address to send booking confirmations, pre-arrival information, and post-stay feedback requests. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
